Effective teamwork needs mutual understanding from the team players. If you are someone who tends to gather all the facts and figures before even considering making decisions, a team member who wants to leap immediately into action can be difficult to tolerate. Nevertheless, a good team actually requires a mix of personalities and working styles in order to succeed.
